Double Barrel Baby Shower cake

Can’t decide on a flavour for your cake?  Well, if you choose a double barrel cake, which is essentially one cake stacked on top of another cake of the same size, separated by a cake board, then who says you have to have just one flavour?

This double barrel beauty has a carrot cake with ermine frosting layers on the bottom cake, and the top cake is a Black Forest with ermine frosting layers.  Both are coated in a white chocolate ganache, and finished in a tasty vanilla buttercream.

Decorations are a mix of hand made chocolates, cookies and non edible toppers.
